This stuff is great--it's very mild and soothing. A little more spice than the vanilla flavor, which is what I was looking for, but not overpowering and not overly sweet. It actually smells stronger than it tastes, which is nice because it was very aromatic. But drinking it, it's real mellow and settles well in your stomach. Ahhhh...
