The phenomenon of "Chai" has captured the tastes of Americans, and Davidson's offers some of the most remarkable blends you'll find anywhere. Basically, chai means "tea", and has come to refer to spicy tea consumed with milk and sweetner. Chai's often include cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, which lends a slight peppery flavor. We feel that tea drinkers should be able to control the sweetness and milk content of their chai drinks, so we offer a brewed, rather than liquid or concentrate version of the popular tea. Steep our chais for 3-5 minutes, then add 1/3 hot milk or dairy alternative and sweetener to taste. All USDA Certified Organic.
